I recently stayed at a hotel near major tourist attractions in Ankara, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all basic amenities were available. One thing that stood out was the attention to detail, particularly in the breakfast spread. Just like in the review, the breakfast included a variety of options such as cheeses, meats, breads, fruits. It was a great start to the day!

A good place to visit the city. A "private parking" is possible if you are available to give the car key at the receptionist. A terrace breakfast is more than good, with nutella too.

Without GPS is quite difficult to find.

The room had a strong smell of smoke, which was persistent even after opening the windows for a period of time. the blinds did not work properly, which caused light to pour into the room at early hours, disrupting sleep.

Close to Ulus attractions but the area is a bit mixed. Staff were ever ready to assist. Room was very modern. Great bathroom & bed

A new hotel of 6 month, very clean and comfort. Staff are nice and helpful, can communicate well in English. Good city view at the top floor restaurant, enjoy good breakfast and dinner there. Location close to old town, with many 2 to 3 star hotels on same street. Feel safe even we walked from metro station (Ulus) to hotel at close to mid-night (around 15 min by walk). The park next to Ulus station is worth to have a walk at night as it is decorated with colorful lighting.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Ankara. The location was great, right by the opera and very close to major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options.

Location - near the Genclik Park and the principal tourist attractions.

They have charged our credit card for one night stay in the moment of booking, despite the fact that this was not mentioned in the hotel page on the website. They told us about that, only afther we have pay in cash on arrival according to our agreement.Do not reserve the Half board, the dinner and the service is really poor.At breakfast, witch is open buffet, they do not refill the dishes.

i really liked ankyra hotel coz everything was fascinating. staff were smiley,restaurant view was awesome besides that room was at least as clean as my home, actually that was the first time i told myself that room is perfect how could it be possible that 3 stars hotel room is very clean and tidy. anyway i highly recommend ankyra hotel to others, they wont regret. thank you Booked.net which hosts ankyra hotel within its webpage

The breakfast was fresh, diverse, and delicious. Room was clean, with hot water, and great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good and fast wifi. Hotel matched the photos. Great variety and affordable prices for in-room dining.

The staff, especially the night staff doesn`t speak english and it is very difficult to communicate. The breakfast is very basic. The hotel area is very dirty. Altought I called the hotel the day we arrive, that we will check-in a bit late in the evening, cause we are driving a long distance, my credit card was charged beforehand by the hotel. (It was written in the reservation form, that the hotel will not charge my card)

Helpful staff, the room was cleaned every day, close to metro station 300m, good internet connection, good breakfast and a nice view from the hotel terrace

There was no city map to the reception, the hotel is a little bit dificult to be seen from distance because its surrounded by fridges and other staff form the magasines arround, also hotel is close to a mosque and you can hear the imam calling for prayers at 5,30 am in the morning

everything was brilliant, i really liked it. locatıon was wonderful because ıt as at the city centre. the staff were polite and smiley besıdes that restaurant's vıew ıs attractıve, especially breakfast and dinner were yummy. i highly reccomend Ankyra hotel to everyone else.

This hotel has an excellent location to visit most of the attractions of the city. It is nice to walk to the Citadel (go through the bazaar… it may be fun), to the Museum of Anatolian Civilization and a few mosks worth to visit. You can go to the Ataturk monument on a 10 minutes taxi ride, easy to board in front of the hotel. There are many high-level restaurants in the citadel area. If you drive, it may be a little difficult to reach it… it is in a one-way road, off the big Ataturk Blvd. But, take it easy… it is an experience to get lost and to ask directions… it’s part of the enjoyment. Staff at the hotel are very nice, very helpful and with distinct courtesy. The room I had with my wife was clean and reasonably comfortable. In my opinion, it is a good choice for a tourist visit to the city.
